Jalapeno Tartar Sauce


1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
3 tablespoons capers, drained and chopped
4 tablespoons dill pickle, drained and chopped
2 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped jalapeƱo peppers
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1/2 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt, to taste

Mix all ingredients in a large nonreactive bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator for 1 hour to let the flavor develop.
