Chicken Jalapeno Casserole Recipe


8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 large can Pet milk
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
1 onion, chopped
1 or 2 chopped jalapeno peppers
1 package flour tortillas
1 lb. package Cheddar cheese

Lightly grease a 9x13 inch casserole and line with tortillas. Mix cooked chicken, soup, milk, and cheddar cheese. In a seperate bowl, mix onions, chilies, and jalapeno peppers, and add to chicken mixture; mix well. Pour mixture over tortillas and bake at 400 deg. for 35-40 minutes. Let set for 15-20 minutes before serving.
